The present Regulations enter into force on 10 March 2005.
Abstract

The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Radiation Health and Safety Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to the control of sources of ionising radiation, and in particular to radiations sources apparatus. The Regulations are completed by an Appendix divided into 7 Tables.
