Abstract

The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. The Order provides for the marketing in interprovincial and export trade of hogs produced in Quebec. In particular, section 3 establishes that every producer shall pay levies as listed in this section to the Commodity Board (Fédération des producteurs de porc du Québec) in respect of any hogs, sows or boars, as the case may be, sold or marketed by the producer in interprovincial or export trade. The text consists of 4 sections.
