The present Regulation comes into force on 1 April 1992.
Abstract

The present Regulation implements the Mines and Minerals Act. The text consists of 52 sections divided into 6 Parts as follows: General (1); Quarry permits (2); Quarry lease (3); Surface lease (4); Operation and rehabilitation of quarries (5); Repeal and coming into force (6). Four Schedules are enclosed.
