Abstract

These Regulations, made by the Minister responsible for health, on the advice of the Chief Medical Officer and in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Quarantine Act 2017, concern border control and quarantine measures in respect of persons and goods (including animals and plants) on board of a seagoing vessel or an aircraft. The main purpose of control and other measures is to protect public health.
