Abstract

This Law may be cited as the Quality of Water for Human Consumption (Monitoring and Control) (Amendment) Law of 2004 and shall be read as one with the Quality of Water for Human Consumption (Monitoring and Control) Law of 2001 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal law”). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Quality of Water for Human Consumption (Monitoring and Control) Laws 2001-2004. With the present Law, in article 18 of the principal law a new paragraph (f) is added regarding sanctions to be applied.
