Every pyrethrum grower shall comply with all such instructions as may be given to him from time to time by the Board with regard to the preparation, packing and delivery of flowers. The Board may return to a licensed grower any rejected pyrethrum. The Rules also prescribe the form of a grower's licence in the Schedule to these Rules and provide for appeals under section 15 of the Act.
