Abstract A new a new Chapter 7 is added to Division 2 of Title 3 of the Code of the Northern Mariana Islands Commonwealth. This Act provides rules for the manufacture, importation of and placing on the market of food, drugs and cosmetics. Food means any article manufactured, sold or represented for use as food or drink for human beings, chewing gum, and any ingredient that may be mixed with food for any purpose whatsoever and drugs shall include drugs for animals.
