The Government shall establish the Punjab Wildlife Management Board (sects. 5 to 8). Restrictions on hunting are provided for in section 9. Furthermore, it shall be prohibited to use hawks or dogs without a special licence (sect. 10). Sections 11 to 15 set out provisions on the possession of wild animals, trophies or meat. These include: certificates of lawful possession; transfer restrictions; import and export restrictions; trade restrictions.
