The present Regulations enter into force on 28 March 2014.
Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Agri-Food Act, 2004. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the efficient and correct enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. Section 3 establishes that the Saskatchewan Pulse Crop Development Plan is continued. The purpose of the plan is to develop the pulse industry in Saskatchewan. The text consists of 19 sections divided into 8 Parts as follows: Title and interpretation (I); Plan (II); Board (III); Registration (IV); Levies (V); Board Orders (VI); Elections (VII); Repeal, transitional and coming into force (VIII).
