Abstract The present Regulations are made under the Agri-Food Act, 2004. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the efficient and correct enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. Section 3 establishes that the Saskatchewan Pulse Crop Development Plan is continued. The purpose of the plan is to develop the pulse industry in Saskatchewan.
