Abstract

The purpose of this Act is to promote public interests and contribute to the development of national economy by reclaiming public waters in an environment-friendly manner and using them rationally. "Reclamation" means any creation of land (including any reclamation of tideland) by dumping earth and sands, earth and rocks or other things artificially on public waters. The Act consists of 43 articles divided into 7 Chapters: General provisions (I); Basic plan for reclamation of public waters (II);
