Abstract

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to public waters. The purpose of this Regulation is to facilitate management of public water by prescribing the terms on which the Minister is authorized to sell, lease or allow occupation of public water and to agree on its limits. The text consists of 32 sections divided into 7 Parts as follows: Interpretation (I); General (II); Sale (III); Leasing (IV); Occupation (V); Limits (VI); Final (VII).
