These Regulations enter into force on 17 July 2015.
Abstract

These Regulations provide rules for the establishment and functions of the Government Procurement Committee, Procurement Division, Procurement Units, Evaluation Committee, and the Central Procurement Unit; procurement planning; procurement requirements and qualification criteria; methods of procurement; procurement proceedings; and transparency and integrity. Every officer involved in procurement who breaches any provisions of these Regulations commits a serious disciplinary offence which shall be dealt with under sections 39 and 40 of the Public Finance Management Act 2002 and the Public Service (Disciplinary Procedure) Regulations 2003.
