This Act provides for establishment of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) authority and describes its functions and powers, appointment of officers and staff and board of authority. The Act further refers to establishment of fund which shall vest in the PPP Authority, accounts and audit. The Act further cover chapters for functions of the implementing agency and government support, legal and contractual framework, project procurement and miscellaneous provisions.
