Abstract

These Rules concern the operation of any public market declared as such by Order. They also concern sale of goods on such markets, including the sale of fresh fish and meat. Part of a market may be set aside for wholesale. Sale of fresh fish or meat requires a licence. Some rules concern hygienic conditions of food stalls.
