Abstract

Regulations to implement provisions of the Public Market Complex Act of 2001. The Regulations make provisions for market arrangements (stalls, rental, etc.), cleaning of stalls, restrictions on the sale of goods by the manager, health of persons selling food, offences, unlawful drawing of water, wrongful packing, sale of tainted food, and other general matters relating to the operation of the Public Market Complex.
