Abstract

The market complex the management and administration of which is regulated by the present Act is described in the Schedule. The market complex shall be managed by the St.John's Development Corporation, which shall act as governing body for the purposes of this Act. Functions of the Corporation are outlined in section 6. Powers of the Manager are defined in section 10. The Manager shall control the quality of food and the health of animals on the market. (13 sections completed by 1 Schedule)
