Abstract

This Act amends Chapter 70 of Title 9 defining miscellaneous crimes so as to prohibit dogfighting and Chapter 34 of Title 10 so as to allow only a licensed veterinarian to perform ear cropping or tail docking on an animal. This shall be done in accordance with the American Veterinarian Medical Association policy.
