Abstract

This Act amends the Solid Waste Management and Litter Control so as to redefine "hardfill" and Chapter 23, Division 4, Title 22, Rules And Regulations, so as to provide new rules for the disposal of hardfill into dump sites. The Regulations now prohibit the dumping of combustible materials so as to prevent underground fires.
