Abstract

These Regulations, made under the Public Health Act, provide rules relative to (control of) hygienic conditions in certain places where food is offered for sale to the public. Permits shall be obtained from local authorities in Districts to which these Regulations, by virtue of a Statutory Notice of the Minister, shall apply. The Regulations set out the hygienic conditions that licensed premises shall meet and defines duties of a licensee.
