It applies in and in relation to sewerage districts, declared by the Minister, by notice in the National Gazette, for the purposes of this Regulation under regulation 4. The Local Medical Authority may, by notice in the National Gazette, declare an area in a sewerage district to be a sewered area for the purposes of this Regulation. Regulations 9 and following concern official sewerage plans. Regulation 12 and following prescribe rules for sewerage in general.
