Abstract

These Regulations require any person who wishes to use any premises for the manufacture for sale of any aerated waters or ice to obtain a permit from the Local Authority. No permit shall be granted unless premises are approved by the Medical Officer of Health. This Officer is granted power to carry out inspections. The Regulations define duties relative to hygienic conditions in premises of a person to whom a permit is granted.
