Abstract

These Regulations, made under the Public Health Act, provide rules relative to hygienic conditions in the preparation and the sale of bakery products. Bakers shall be licensed by local authorities in Districts to which these Regulations, by virtue of a Statutory Notice of the Minister, shall apply. The Regulations set out the hygienic conditions that licensed premises shall meet and defines duties of a licensee.
