Abstract

These Regulations, composed of 23 sections and four Annexes, make provisions and establish procedures for the usage of eggs in Israel. Section 1 gives definitions. Section 2 establishes duties related to a producer that shall be obliged to operate under and according to these regulations. Sections 3 and 4 relate to egg pasteurizing requisitions. Section 5 regulates the destruction of eggs that cannot be pastured. Section 8 regards storage. Section 12 deals with marketing issues. Sections 14-17 regard inspection powers and procedures.
