Abstract

These Regulations, composed of eight sections, make provisions and establish procedures for the regulation of pesticide residues in food in Israel. Section 1 gives definitions. Section 2 prohibits the production, importation and placing on the market, for commercial purposes, any food product that contains pesticide residues unless the quantity of residues is below the allowed one.
