Abstract

These Regulations, composed of four sections, give definitions and make provisions for the regulation of Gluten marking in Israel. Section (1)gives definitions. Section (2) prohibits from a person to produce, to import or to comercialize any food product that contains gluten within a certain measure unless it is listed in the ingredients list and it reports the words “ Contains Gluten”. Section (3) regards the marking of food products that do not contain Gluten.
