Abstract

These Regulations, composed of five sections and three Annexes, make provisions and establish procedures for the conservation of food by radiation in Israel. Section 1 gives definitions. Section 2 sets indications for food conservation by radiation. Food products to be treated with radiation are listed in Annex 2. Section 3 regards labelling of radiated food products. Annex 3 contains a facsimile label for radiated food products. Sections 4 and 5 give force and general information.
