Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) establishes that a person shall not comercialise prepacked food, nor shall he produce it, or import it or shall he store it unless in a closed package. The director of the Food Service in the health ministry has the power to classify types of packages to be retained, for these regulations, as closed packages.
