Abstract

These Regulations, made under section 34 of the Public Health Law, introduce measure for the protection of public health in relation with COVID-19 emergency. Exempted from lockdown are persons who carry out their official or employment related-duties, to among other things, non-profit organisations which, and other persons who, engage in the preparation and delivery of food, persons involved food delivery services generally, and persons involved in agriculture and food production.
