Part One gives definitions. Part Two regards powers. Section (3) establishes powers for the General Director of Minister of Health to set regulations regarding this Law. secs. (4) and (5) regard inspectors’ powers and duties. secs. (6) and (7) deal with laboratory tests operated by the Government Chemist on samples provided by the Inspector. Section (8) regards inspection and sample taking from imported or transiting food shipments. Section (9) obliges the Local Authorities administrations to provide with inspection and sample taking. Part Three regards offences. secs. (10) to (22) provide with various offences to this Ordinance, such as faking, composition changing, no labelling, second quality selling etc. Section (23) sets penalties for transgressions to this Ordinance. secs.
