Abstract

These Regulations, made under the Public Health Act, define "nuisance" and declare committing of nuisance; aiding and abetting another person to commit a nuisance; or (in case of an owner or occupier of any premises) causing or allowing a nuisance to occur on the premises), to be an offence. Various nuisances concern maintenance of water supply and sewerage systems.
