Abstract

These Regulations, made under the Public Health Act, prescribe rules for, among other things, the handling and storage of milk, standards and quality of milk, the registration of milk shops, inspection, the licensing of purveyors of milk and hygienic conditions regarding milk. They also prohibit the sale of adulterated milk. The Regulations shall apply in such (parts of) Districts as the Minister may declare by Statutory Notice.
