Abstract This Law consisting of 75 articles aims at regulating issues related to the public health system in the Kingdom of Jordan. The Law governs all professions related to public health and conditions and necessary procedures required for practicing in the medical profession. Art.4 states also that the Ministry of Health is the competent authority accountable for the protection of public health in the country. It is also responsible for monitoring the water and food quality to ensure its safety and adequacy for human consumption.
