Abstract

These Regulations, made under the Public Health Ordinance, provide rules for the keeping of animals in the area of Jamestown. They prohibit the keeping of swine, goats, cattle, sheep, horses and donkeys and allow the keeping of fowl only on land in respect whereof the Senior Environmental Health Officer has issued a certificate certifying that the keeping of such animals would not be detrimental to the health of the owners or occupiers of any land or building.
