Abstract

These Regulations, made under the section 21(1)(d) and (i) of the Public Health Ordinance, Cap A22 provide rules for food safety in Ascension. They specify obligations regarding food hygiene and labelling of proprietors of a food business and powers of a public health inspector with respect to the enforcement of food safety controls. The Regulations also define offences.
