Abstract

These Regulations, made under the Public Health Act, provide rules relative to sewage and drainage of effluent waste water. They mainly concern construction and maintenance of sewage and drainage systems and the control of substances carried through such systems. Local authorities shall be the principal administrator for purposes of these Regulations. The Regulations also concern industrial effluent waste and prevention of pollution of water supply.
