Abstract

These Regulations, made under the Public Health Act make provision for the collection and processing of refuse and for the enforcement of rules against littering. They also define duties of the owner, occupier, or person in charge of a dwelling house in relation with storage of refuse. Every Environmental Health Officer shall be a litter warden who shall assist in the administration of these Regulations.The Regulations define various offences.
