Abstract

This Act amends the Public Health Act by repealing Part IV. Part IV prohibits the placing on the market of diseased and unfit food. Any existing orders, certificates, licenses or notices made or granted under Part IV of the Principal Act, shall continue to be valid as if made under the Building Control and Standards Act 2002.
