Part VI concerns the collection and disposal of waste. Notwithstanding the repeal, all: arrangements made for the collection, transport and disposal of wastes under section 91, arrangements for the cleaning and efficient functioning of latrines, cesspits and other receptacles for sewage under section 92 and other specified arrangements shall continue to have full force and effect in the waste management service areas designated under section 4(2) of the Waste Management Act 2005 until varied or revoked by the Minister of Health.
