Abstract

The Principal Act is amended by inserting the following new section 22A which prescribes that any person who sprays or causes or allows the spraying of pesticide in any environment which is a nuisance or prejudicial to the health of the inhabitants of the neighbourhood or to the health of any person, shall guilty of an offence". "Pesticide" shall have the same meaning as in the Pesticides Act 2002.
