Abstract

This Act provides rules for the control of the production of aerated water, ice and ice-cream. "Aerated water" means every kind of non-alcoholic effervescent liquid prepared for human consumption and sold in bottles, syphons, casks or other vessels, and for the purpose of this Act shall include non-effervescent syrups and cordials. No person shall maintain or carry on an aerated water factory or ice factory, or manufacture ice-cream for sale unless he or she is in possession of a permit issued b
