Abstract

The Act consists of more than 200 sections divided into 12 Parts: Part IV concerns regulation of water supply and drainage. Other provisions of this Act concern various matters related to public health in general and health of human being in particular. Part IV imposes certain requirements regarding construction and maintenance of water supply and drainage systems on local authorities and privates. Other provisions deal with keeping clean of water wells and other water sources and other the erection of waterworks for drainage, etc.
