Abstract

These Regulations, made by the Minister of Health under the Public Health Act, empowers the Central Board of Health to take measures to contain the COVID-19 virus. The Board may, among other things, impose a closing of all non-essential businesses. The Board may enforce any Order given under these Regulations.
