The Minister may establish boards and committees to assist and advise him and shall appoint public health officers (sects. 6 and 7). Certain powers may be delegated to municipal authorities pursuant to secs. 8 and 9. Extensive regulation making powers of the Minister are outlined in section 9. Such Regulations shall "have the force of law" once published in the Official Gazette.
