The Act sets out procedures, conditions and requirements for the privatisation of public enterprises including parastatals. Enterprises that shall be shall be subject to (partial) privatisation and commercialisation include the National Inland Waterways Authority, the Abuja Environmental Protection Board, the Abuja Water Board and the Nigeria Ports Authority.
