Abstract This Act lays down provisions on the establishment of the Public Disclosure Commission; duty of members of Commission and public servants, including Senators and Members of Parliament, to furnish declaration of assets, income and liabilities; the content of declaration; and offences and penalties. This Act shall apply to the member of the Commission; public appointee or class of public appointee; or public officer or class of public officer.
