Abstract

This Act makes provision with respect to the establishment, reorganisation, dissolution, administration and management of public corporations and related matters. Public corporations may be established by the Minister. The President may establish supervisory councils for specified public corporations. The Minister may appoint public interest committees in respect of specified public corporations.
