Abstract

This Public Announcement is enacted pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 of the Food Safety and Hygiene Act. The Public Announcement provides for the business categories which should establish food traceability and tracking system. Such business categories include: food businesses that engage in importing of genetically modified food raw materials, the manufacture, processing, blending and importing of edible oils and fats, meat processing food, dairy processing food, aquatic food, food additives, etc.
