The Measures entered into force on 1 March 2013.
Abstract

These Provisions, are enacted according to the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations for the Implementation thereof, the Decision of the State Council on Strengthening Food Safety, the Special Rules of the State Council on Strengthening the Supervision and Management of the Safety of Food, aiming to regulate health food production and operation activities, ensure the quality of products, and make sure that products can be traced back. The Measures consist of 19 Articles.
