Abstract

These Provisions, consisting of 30 Articles, are enacted in accordance with the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, aiming to standardize the work of sanitation administrative licensing for the production of disinfectants and disinfection instruments by using new materials, new processes and new sterilization principles, and the production of drinking water safety products by using new materials, new processes and new chemical substances. The Provisions contain 4 Chapters: General Provisions; Application and Acceptance; Review and Approval; Supplementary Provisions.
