These Provisions enter into force on 1 April 2006.
Abstract

The purposes of these Provisions are to strengthen food hygiene supervision and administration at entry/exit ports, ensure food hygiene safety of entry/exit ports, and safeguard public health. The Provisions consist of 7 Chapters divided into 35 articles.
